Yes. Online and Text-to-Pay payments are processed through a secure payment platform designed to help protect your financial information.
There are no payment processing fees associated with online utility bill payments.
Customers who opt in to receive notifications will receive payment reminders approximately one week before their payment is due and again two days before the due date.
Yes. Customers can make a payment by phone by calling 833-316-8494.
Utility Access will not accept overpayments. Customers who wish to make an overpayment may mail a check to the City of Bradenton.

No. Creating an online account is not required; however, we encourage customers to register to receive important account notifications, keep their contact information current, and enjoy the convenience of having their utility account at their fingertips.

Yes. Registered customers can elect to receive an eBill or printed bill, but cannot select both options.
No. You may manage your utility account using either the online payment portal or the MyBradenton311 app.

Yes. Customers may schedule individual payments in advance by selecting a payment date that works for them. AutoPay is an exception. For customers enrolled in AutoPay, payments are automatically drafted on the bill's due date.
